Honda Inspire?

What is a 1992 JDM Inspire in the States? I have some parts from a 1992 Honda Inspire JDM. What US model is similar or the same to this car? Most worried about the headlights. What will i be able to put them on? Or if you want parts off of it....

to me the 92 inpire most closly resembles a early 90's Acura Vigor or a Legend, but as far as what it matches exactly i have no idea.
