2. Which is the best in the longrun
3. Which is the most powerful
4. Which is the best for say quarter mile times and and accleration
5. Is there an adavantage to keeping with the stock 240sx KA ?
Thank yall and good night

changed the title of the thread So It'S nOt LiKe ThIs. please don't ever post titles like that if you expect serious responses and wish to look older then 12.
you excluded too many details in your question. did you mean Nissan engines, or any engine swap? for all i know, you could be including V8's or Toyota engines or rotaries, in which case the answers would be very different. please be sure to set out all the details when asking a question so we can give you the best answer.
anyways, here's all the answers i can give you based on the skimpy details you provided.
1.) depends on your budget.
2.) all of them have their different merits.
3.) check the FAQ.
4.) see above.
5.)tons. the engine is VERY capable when tuned properly. i wouldn't know as much, as i'm an SR fan.

okay first off, you have like 4 threads that you have created, asking newbie questions. sigh. anyways. assuming you're only including the CA, SR, and all three RBs, here are the most likley answers.
1. power for money, the RB25 comes in first here.
2. if you mean "which is the most dependable," i would have to say the stock KA. but out of all the swapped engines...who knows. impossible to tell, really.
3. the RB26 is the most powerful.
4. see above.
5. yea, the advantage is that you don't spend a bunch of money on a swap. other advantages are that replacement parts for the KA are vastly cheaper than any of the swap candidates, so if you drag race on a budget, the KA is your answer here.
read the faq man, i'm tired of answering these questions.

All of your questions are mainly personaly opinion...
1. IMO, KA-T. For relatively little money you can have decent power.
2. Once again, pick something that is going to keep you happy for a long time
3. Any of the motors can be made the most powerful. JUN has 800 HP SR's. There are RB's out there with over 1000 HP. Duy had like 650 HP on his KA-T.
4. IMO, RB's or KA's.
5. A stock KA??? KA's in stock form are pretty weak. If you mean stick with the KA motor and then upgrade that, then yes, that's a good idea :)

1) In my opinion...the RB20 is the best bang for the buck. You have to realize that as market demand goes up, so does price. The RB20 in most cases is about the same price or cheaper than the CA18. And these two are the cheapest swaps. The RB20 is liek an SR20..direct drop minus mechanical fan and hood clearance. SO no extr amoney is needed on eithe rone. So best performance PER dollar would go to the RB20
2) Long run is dependable. Any engine can last if you keep proper maintenance. These turbo engines are no different
3) The most powerful stock would be godzilla
4) Qtr mile and accel is dependable too. MANy things affect track times man, so this question is pretty broad. What type if any LSD do you have, elevation, temperature, intercooler, turbo, wheels, shift points, etc etc
5) The advantage to keeping the KA is availalbility. Sure you can order a RB, SR or CA long block from an importer, but then you have to pay for shipping blah blah blah. You can always hit up a junkyard for a KA. In my case, no junkyards have 240's (well one but the engine is toast). Also you can run down to the parts store or nissan and get things like timing belts and head gaskets. There are places that stock some stuff for the RB like timing belts and water pumps and what have you, but it still deosnt compare to getting same day service at a cheap price. Plus you dont have to deal with swapping and worryign about how much abuse that engien took. If you maintianed your KA, you know what condition its in. KA-T was my first option. My KA blew a HG and I couldnt get a DOHC shipped to me, no one on th e boards felt liek taking the extra time to make some money and have one shipped, so I chose instead to do the swap.

im talking about the engines that came with the cars, CA/SR/KA. The Ka24 has more displacment then the RB20 and almost more then the RB25. The fastest 240sx drag car I have seen around here in the states, correct me if Im wrong, was duy's old s14 KA-T that would run in the 10's. I think the KA is probably the best motor for drag racing IN A 240sx.... lets see how fast you can pilot a 1000hp s13 down the track with some street radials or even slicks on a full chassis car lmao.
well HKS did 7.104 in the drag 180sx but thats a full on race car and nothing is stock basically. BIG slicks, RB26, tube frame chassis, rebuilt body, you get the point.
and v8's aren't all that fast in normal street cars for the money. If I was going to put in an engine besides a z28 302 it would be a LT1. And those cost a good hunk of change for 260hp at the flywheel. But its one of the only v8's i would take. We all seen the video of the lt1 240sx vs the Turbo Lude lol.
