99 3000GT VR4, good car/buy??

I saw a 99 VR4 with 37K for $24,000. I think this is a great buy. Does anyone know anything about these cars? I know there are some recalls on the 99 models. Can you also run car fax for me? Thanks!

24K - sounds like an excellent deal to me.

well thats pretty cheap i live in oz and we have 3000gt's going for about $50k aus dollars for a good condition twin turbo so got for it man

u know what dude... actualy no!! thats a horrible deal and car, in fact... if i were u i wouldnt dare touch that car!!! so, yeh! spread the word tho! and like in about a year, i'll make sure that no one else has to worry about ending up with that sucka! i mean... wouldnt want anyone else to have to be stuck in something like that! so yeh... just leave it alone!!! and in a lil time i'll remove the question, or urge, or bad car from the market so u or no one else will have to worry! im just nice like that !! :icesangel

Yes this is an awsome price. Provided there is nothing wrong with the car you should go for it.

The only recalls for these cars were the brakes on the 1st gens and some had transfercase leakage. But you probably wont on a 2nd gen.

Get it! It's black (mine is too :) ) and the milage is ridiculously low!

There was a recall on the second generation 94-96 for their brake lines. Other then that, they've been remarkably trouble free.
