Why can't I post attachments?????

At the bottom where it says forum rules. It says "You may not post attachments". Why???

I can't either. AF is seriously pissing me off. No uploader, now we can't even attach pics? I hope they get this straightened out soon. And also my signature doesnt work anymore. Not too sure whats up.
