what happens to the turbo if u shut off the car straight away? down it do nasty damages? or itz just like a scrach?

It depends if you have been giving the car a good thrash. If you have then just turn it off while the turbo(s) are still extremely hot, yes. You will cook the bearings. If you are just driving around not boosting turning your car off will do no damage.
