Is it really worth it to change into a HIGH FLOW CAT....
Any significant power gains???

Do you have emissions testing, if not take it off. IMO though it won't do shit for the cost of a high flow cat on a NA stock motor.

Just little gains if any but its not as restrictive as a stock one so I would say get it. They do help with airflow though. Just get a 50 state legal one that passes smog, I think random technology's cat does.

High flow cats are hit and miss. No matter what company. I have many friends and seen many guys bitching about going through at least three just to pass emissions. If you need to get the minute airflow then I say just get a test pipe for rollin and keep the cat for emissions. I myself prefer to keep my shit legal.

Or another solution is to be like me. Work at a place that does all kinds of motor work from head gaskets to just a regular oil change, but also does emissions tests. At my work they let my car slide by with a couple of upgrades that are not allowed. thats my way through the nasty smog tests here in cali
