Is there any electrical changes that need to take place when installing a 00' b16a2 in a 00' civic ex? Shouldnt it just fit since the only difference is the engine? Will it just bolt right in the engine bay? Iam getting the swap as a complete change over so iam gettin:
- Motor
- Hydrolic Tranny (S21, Y21)
- ECU (P30)
- Axles with Half Shaft
- Shift Linkage
- Stock Motor Mounts
- Alternator
- Starter
- Clutch
- Flywheel
- Intake Manifold
- Exhaust Manifold
- Fuel Rail
- Injectors
- Distributor
- All Sensors
Is this all that i need or will i need to re-wire something? Also since i live in california i need to worry about emissions,..What do i need to do to make it smog legal....(Note) It will be the same year as my engine.

Yeah it should just go right in. As far as emissions go, there should be no problem.

Actually the P2T is the ECU you want.
As for the mounts, stock mounts from the Civic, but stock rear transmission, front transmission, and AC brackets from the Si.

Yeah it should drop right in, but I would recommend getting new motor mounts any way just so you have stronger ones in there. Other than that the motor is pretty much easy bolt up. have fun with it after install
