steering wheel issues?

i have a 92 gt with air bag and non-tilt wheel. i have looked at several stores for a grant or equivalent steerin wheel, and on the back of every box it says it only fits up to like 91'. ive also been told occassionally that i cant put one on period but i dont believe it. is their some type of installation kit they make for it. i plan on taking the air bag out so....any help or opinions would be great!

90 and up has air bags. You can remove the air bags, but it will be a PITA. Also be careful, cause if you get into an accident and your insurance company finds, they might not give you a penny. If it were me, I would just leave the air bags.

i know, i thought about that to. but then i wondered if that would even matter considering everything else ive changed and will change on the car. like eventually a 9 or 10 second street car!
