gs turbo mods

Right now i have a 91 eclipse gs turbo. i'd like to mod it to about 300-400 hp, while still keeping the interior fine(no interior weight reduction) and not doing an engine swap or anything. Although the engine has about 143k miles on it, I think it would still be strong enough if I got a new head. I currently only have a few mods:

1. a 2"-2 1/2"(not sure)straight pipe back (no cat) to a universal muffler
2. I cut the snorkel part off of the air filter box
3. This one mod(i guess its what u would call it) I took the hose that runs from the valve cover to the intake hose and instead ran it into a catch-can to catch the oil, instead of the oil running back into the intake, then I plugged up the intake hose part.

I plan on modifying the MAF by cutting out the silencer and lower honeycomb. Then I want to get aluminum intake pipes and top and lower intercooler pipes. Next I plan on getting a new 3" straight back or catback exhaust system.

Eventually I plan on getting a performance head, or at least the parts for the head and I do it myself. Has anyone done that, and if so, where is a good place to get the performance parts for the head?

I also heard about this one guy that took the vaccuum hoses that are on the throttle body and plugged them up for some reason, anyone know anything about that?

Can anyone think of any other mods that I could do? and does anyone know some good dsm websites besides dsm.org that have modding tips? Any help would be great! Thanks alot, and ECLIPSE'S RULE!!!
