Keyless Remote programmming instructions for 2001

I recently purchased a 2001 Maxima with a salvage title and no keyless remote controllers. I have bought one used controller but no instructions for programming it. Does anyone have the instructions for programming or where on the internert I might find it. The local dealer wants to charge me fifty bucks for something that should take five minutes.
