Its a dream I tell you!

any of you guys have any mods suggestions? Its a 9C1 police package with the Lt1 350.

I'd love to get some ideas on how to make my car cooler than it already is!

well, how cool do you want to go? we can load in a 409 that run high 11's and no one will no it's on board! you can keep the stock high mile cop motor and still turn low 13's. and the most fun is...you can make it handle like a vette. let us know what you want!!

BTW the 9c1 is the option package on the caprice that makes it a cop car. chevy has used it for years. for 94-96 caprices, the option code wx3 made it an impala ss.

LT1's were not 350's but 4.3 L / 265 cid. to be sure check the VIN. The eighth digit will be a W for the 4.3 or a P for the 5.7. Then you will be sure. Being a police officer, I know what we put those cars through. Good luck with it. :banghead:

Umm...Not quite. You got the VIN digits correct.

But that being said you are wrong about LT1s.
LT1 = 5.7L 350CID V8
L99 = 4.3L 265 CID V8.

There are also various other RPO codes that GM has used for 350s in various forms, including LM1, L05 and L31 just to name some of them.
