ADVICE & HELP NEEDED

I Own A 95 Maxima With A 5 Month Old Battery And A New Starter. Im Unable To Start The Car And I Have No Power At All. My Brake Lights Won't Come On When I Press The Pedal; The Interior Lights Won't Come On, No Power... I Attempted To Jump Start It But She Wouldn't Start; Nothing Happend At All. Do I Need To Replace The Alternator?
