Looking for a AE86 GTS

I am in Nor Cal Roseville.... i can reach just about anywhere in Cali and a little into Reno-area.... i am willing to spend about 3000-3500 area but i could not pay it all at once.... maybe make the total a little more if it gets you to let me make payments.... but it HAS to be in good running condintion.... i must be able to drive it around town. i would prefer no rust. if its small tell me how much it would be to repair it...
