what do i need?

I want to run a heavy nitrous shot... either 100-125(not really heavy but for an import its steeper then stock internals) I know i need to get new rods n pistons... Should i get low compression, close to stock compression or higher compression pistons (H23 stock is 9.8) also, for that much of a shot do i need to sleeve the block or block guard(its a closed deck block already) and would i need to get an aftermarket crankshaft? Other then those, i know and upgraded fuel system would be good Hondata(gotta tune it all right) cams and head job... If you can think of anything else lemme know and if you can answer my questions i greatly apreciate it
