On my way to my local "Any Ford" wreakers to find a part for a mates card and to my suprise a mint 2L DHOC 1992 Ford Telstar has just been droped off (badly rear ended but engine still primo)
I am wondering if this will fit my into the engine bay of my 1990 2L SHOC Mazda 626 (I know Ford Telstar and 626's are pretty much the same shit) but its worth asking the questions before spending the money!
Any Help with this would be excellent!

IF this Telstar had the engine with FE3N stamped into the head (this stamp are rigth above the exmanifold)
it is a direct fit since the GV Wagon was aviable with this engine
But you will have too move over all the wiring,Maf and ecu too make it work
If it has the newer FS engine it can still be used but it would require custom engine mounts and the tranny (maybe even driveshafts and hubs) from the Telstar
If the later are a fact, dont bother, it wouldnt be worth it
