I have a 92 civic lx sedan 4 door that i bought 4 months ago. The guy that i bought it from said he miniswapped it for a 95 ex. I looked at the engine and it is a d-15b but has alot of japenese stickerz on it too. And also it says Vtech HONDA instead of honda Vtech or whateva. So my assumption is that its a jdm engine.Which means, doesnt that mean its an si instead of an ex since ex in japan is si? But my problem is, I have a stock intake manifold for my lx civic. Im thinking about putting an si intake manifold in after i bought the vtech harnesses and ecu for my honda. (the vtech wasn;t workin b4 cuz the that had it wired it to a switch, stupid ass.) So i want my vtech to work the right way would this be a good idea or am i wrong on my engine?
So far i have the back door handles shaved
momo sterring wheel, short shifter, indiglo guages, matrix exuast, dc headerz, short ram air intake.
ANY SUGGESTIONZ TO IMPROVE MY CAR WILL HELP ALOT TOO!!
thnx and peace!

if its a D15B then its a JDM SOHC VTEC motor. If you want the VTEC to work, you should think about getting a wiring harness that is made for VTEC.
