ML430 Radio Upgrade

I recently bought a 99 ml430. It has the first series bose radio and phone option. I want to upgrade it to the lcd screen. I have been told this is possible with a few modifications. Does anyone know if I can have the LCD screen, say from a 2001 model, with a cd changer and the startac or v60 phone????
