Custom HIDS lights?

My 95 VR4 light lenses are really scratched up. I bought some nice side lamps with clear lenses (instead of yellow) but with yellow bulbs that are cool looking. That got me thinking that what the car really needs is some hot looking custom headlights.
I haven't found anything ready made for the car (not a big enough market) --- so I need to find a shop that does custom headlights.
I'm in the New England area --- anybody know a shop that does this stuff? [There was a shop in RI called HIDS4LESS --- but they have an awful reputation for ripping people off.]
