NOTE: I have since made my own; more exact exhaust headers. also, the red car is a test car, not the color its going to be.

Thats a sweet looking turbo. What color is it going to be? I think maybe silver w/ black wheels, or maybe a black. I don't know, keep us posted though.

somehow i have a feeling...a rice burner/show car argument is gonna break out. lemme just clear it up.

Rice burner - a person with a slow car, heavy body mods, decals, huge catback exhaust, and a practically stock engine. "they can beat Vette's in the quarter because the decals each contain 25 HP"

Show Car - The body kits are actually classy, nice exhaust system, and most importantly, heavy engine mods that actually DO give more HP.

actually rice is also a car that features stickers and logos of products it does not contain. ie. red honda badges on a non type-r car

The term "rice" is considered offensive by many people; some of us seem to not see how it can be offensive yet if the tables were turned, things would be different. Please refrain from using the term "rice" in a manner that could be considered offensive. A little consideration can solve a lot of unnecessary problems. Thanks for the cooperation. Just think of a racial name/slur/term you would hate to be called and you should get the idea. :nono:

I belive that by Rice Fighter, he meant a car that would be more Go than Show, and a "ricer" or "riced out" car is all show and no go, im pretty sure he meant Rice FIghter in the context that this car will be a true import car, RAW TURBO POWER, and "show up" all the crumby APC labeled Honda's... just my 2 cents,

Please, lets not turn this thread off-topic and into a huge arguement about you know what. We all have our own views, if you'd like to express them, express them in the Stress Release forum or any of those in the Coffee Break section.

Why do people always use the term rice. Why don't people call american cars burger burners. Or some european car what europeans eat. I don't know an escargot burner. :iceslolan

Some cars suck some cars are kool in the eyes of different people but I guess like tonioseven said we shouldn't say terms related to rice.

I'm probably the only one in my school class that doesn't like shitty cars with body kits, some horsepower inducing decals, a stock engine, annoying loud shitty fart can, and fast and the furious.

But it's ok with me, It makes me want to laugh at them. :lol2:

actually,. there are "food" terms related to drifferent cars. I.E. Kraut Burner = european cars, and american cars = Beef Burner

Having great affiliation with German autos I would restrain the use of Kraut Mobils or as you so eloquently put it "Kraut Burner" to German cars only... I doubt very much that the French eat a lot of Kraut.

Also outside of this forum I have never heard anyone refer to American autos as "Beef Burners" or "Burger Burners"....

They can still be considered offensive to those of other, or possibly the same nationalities. Just because every country has a nickname doesn't make it right. Again I stress consideration for your fellow modeller. Thank you.
