94 intergra stalls...
it stalls when its idle, stalls when its driving, on random too.
is it possible to be fuel injectors or timing belt? seems like the fuel injectors since it doesnt really "rev" and it kills tank of gas in about 100 miles. this is a stock ls.
When i drove it pass 3000 rpm about the rpm jumped around even up to 7000 rpm the car "chokes" and you cant give gass or it will shake more.
it doenst rev correctly.. can anyone help me out?

I am not an expert, but this seems like a ECU problem. Not very sure but the ECU alone can cause all the problem you've mention above. Hope this helps.

This is a really stupid response (along the lines of "Is you computer plugged in"), but have you ever replaced the PCV valve? I was having problems stalling out when idle and RPM's jumping up erratically. I spent weeks trying to figure out what was wrong and it turned out to be a $2.50 part that you don't even need tools to change.

It's not going to be the timing belt, but it might be the transmission.
If the engine stalls while revving in park it is most likely fuel/emissions related and not the transmission. Try checking the PCV as mentioned previously. Also, a faulty Oxygen sensor will send a default signal as running lean and start pumping excess fuel. Ergo, your miles per gallon goes to hell.
However, in order for us to solve your problem you will have to present us with one specific symptom at a time. We will then help you diagnose it and then move on to the next symptom.
Good Luck
