I am goin to order a header off ebay for 88-95 civic ex, si, dx, and 96-00 civic SOHC only....it will fit my 91 civic DX right? ....will there only be one o2 senser hole? Also will it line up right?

it will bolt to the engine correctly. not sure about the exhaust and you would need to ask the seller if it has one or two o2 bungs.

All d series SOHC headers/exhaust manifolds are the same length. the 88-91 DX and i belive Si (but im not sure) is a little shorter, but it has a little extender piece bolted on. I used a 92-95 header on my z6 swap, bolted right up, bolted right to the exhaust. the thing you have to worry about (even though its not really a problem) is on the 92+ headers, the oxygen sensor bung will be down by the cat, because they have a heated 4 wire o2 sensor, while the 88-91 has a non heated 1 wire o2 sensor, so the o2 sensor is located much closer to the exhaust ports so it can get heated quickly.

yup, it all depends on where the O2 sensor is. You can always extend the wire to be down by the cat tho.

There's probably only one bung (ROFL), but depending on the brand of header, it may be relocated. On both my DC Sports headers, the O2 sensor was relocated to down by the collector, and came with an O2 sensor wiring extension.
