Thermostat Replacement

Does anyone know where the thermostat is located ? and How to replace it. I think their may be a sensor of some sort over the top of it.
Problem: No heat, Fluid is full and circulating. Wondering if a Computer test will tell me if that's the problem ??? Any Help would be greatly appreciated !!!!

more than likely your heater core is clogged up
