I know i asked this question in the other PH forum but i thought i would ask again but try to be more specific (thanx to fritz_269 ). But i was wondering where i could get a real time ECM/ECU spec display system for my car . I would love one that is very graphically intense (cool displays, 3d graphs, information intense) to run on my car's pc. i have seen a few but they look a little to DOS flavored or VB scripted . anyone know of any or where i could get the program/system ???

Thanx,
Keith

IN order to achieve what you're doing, you'll need a datalogger. I'm not sure if they make a datalogging system for stock ECUs, but the next beat thing would be a Piggy-back system if you're not looking for a full standalone....

hondata is also a nice choice, but only the stage4 is able to allow datalogging of the engine's functions...

Datalogger may nto provide it in real-time though. I've yet to see a very pretty real-time monitoring software. Most people are jsu tlooking for functionality rather than fashion. I'll be on the lookput for some though...... That is if I don't decide to write it myself.......

...there's a simple kit out there for palm pilots...only works on OBD2 cars, though.
