Im a 17 year old male and im about to buy a 1993 vr4 and im looking at insurance. Im trying to find the cheapest place that offers full coverage. I will be storing the car from october to april for the winter time so during that time i should only need comp. (hopefully the bank will let me do this since i am getting a loan) but after that i need full coverage. So please tell me your rates and where. Thanks.
