Intake Tube problem

Hi there people
I`ve bought a Accord 2003 Sedan LX.....
but got a problem with a intake tube....I don`t nwo where it must go..

It`s the tube 11..om the image ....on the right..B-47-1
where must if go...my car is runnig strangely...
