Alloy Wheels Corroded

I'm getting ready to put new tires on my '95 maxima GLE. The alloy wheels are corroded and no one around here seems to have a permanent solution for this.

Does anyone here know how to get rid of the corrosion, and more importantly, keep it off? I'm having them sanded every fall, the tires resealed, and overinflating them so they won't leak. I would like to get rid of this problem before I put on new tires.
