Can anyone help me?

My 94 Grand Am SE with a 3.1 has a problem. When i'm going down the road it will die all of a sudden but will usually start back up. After it acts up it will run fine for awhile but then it will do the same thing.
Any help will be appreciated.

Do any lights come on, on your dash? I've got a 96 grand am and that only ever happend to me once, but that was due to a bad alternator after I got that fixed it never happend again. Other people on this post have had similar problems, and it's usually something to do with the computer or a sensor. It's almost always an electrical issue. Sorry i couldn't be of more help.

i finally got my car fixed. it turned out to be the MAP sensor
