95 civic ex questions

I have a 95 civic ex coupe..and all of it is stock..just got it about 3 weeks ago! I was wondering what you guys think is the cheapest and best way to improve the car..engine wise..not looks..and increase the HP? thanks

Not to be an ass but if you are looking for performance mod suggestions why did you ask in the exterior/body kit section?

amen. on another note, if you do find that forum do not post this question there. This has been answered a billion times, i believe there's a whole Performance FAQ written up that will ask your question. First thing you got to know is that if it's a question pertaining to a specific part of your car, it's already been answered. just search for it noob.
