Ford sucks so much. I hate Ford and all of its products. What a load of crap, 2002 Thunderbird Car of the Year? Major DuCk sucking. Hey go out and buy an F-150 so you can kill yourself. I got Ford Tough for you below.

You're a sacrife to the Ford Gods if you drive an F-150
http://www.iihs.org/vehicle_ratings/ce/photos/0110_2_34.jpg

For the full report on stupid Ford is. (http://www.iihs.org/news_releases/2001/pr060401.htm)

This proves nothing but ignorance. Before you make your decison on the safety of vehicles, look at the majority of crashes. Most of them are side impact crashes.

Those vehicles that rated at the top of the frontal crashes, ranked at the bottom in side impact crashes. Oh, but I guess you didnt read those reports, did you? :flipa:

LiuBei

On the contrary, most Ford vehicles have very weak stucture. And what are you talking about me "making my decision?" I don't decide on how safe a vehicle is, proof speaks for itself. Just seeing that picture compared to the other trucks, the odds would probably be in favor of my arguement. Don't you dare say that I am ignorant I more than justified what I had said. I look at crash tests from the aspect "If I were in that vehicle." So got out and get your little F-150 POS, and when you wreck it come back and tell me how good the steering wheel tastes, HOOAH

BTW, here are my 2 vehicles, both finishing first in their respective classes. Did I mention that they were first in Gov't, IIHS, and NHTSA.

My Car (http://www.iihs.org/vehicle_ratings/ce/html/00031.htm)

My Truck that was way ahead of you Ford (http://www.iihs.org/vehicle_ratings/ce/html/0108.htm)

Success? Who Ford?

Success is highly not the word to use with a company that is seeing more recalls the the Arnold Schwarzeneggar movie. I'm sorry but Ford has cut so many corners that every week they are reeling from one blunder to the next. Yes, they were a good company. However, as of late and probably a lot more, I find them completely unreliable. I like some of their cars, don't get me wrong. But I wouldn't tout them so highly considering their track record is to shit right now. They need a major overhaul company wise.

LMMFAO, Ford Success Ha. Every great empire has fallen some time or another. Did you know that Ford has quadrupled its losses in the fourth quarter from the third. And the third quarter was one of the worst 3 in Ford's history. The funniest thing is, they started offering all these 0% rates and that is the proverbial "Stake in the Chest." Hear-Ye Hear-Ye, to anyone wanting to buy a Ford, I see a dark future for the company. One that would make their customers very unhappy with service, support, and overall quality of their vehicles. Prove THAT Wrong:flipa:

So why do you bother posting here? If they suck why it is that Every HonDuh Owner when they think they have their car totally DONE up the first thing they yell is I beat a Mustang?

From this, what I get is... A Totally done up HonDuh is equal to a Stock Ford? And Ford Sucks...? So this tells me HonDuh shouldn't even be in the car business..!!

Go back to your HonDuh posting..!

FYI: I have an Accord

Keep your money here in the U.S!!

Nothing better than reading about stuff like this..

Keep giving your money overseas.. Filling up there pockets buying the crap they put out..

Hey do you guys ever read the news? Every week for the past little while I've read that Ford keep laying off AMERICAN workers. AMERICAN workers from AMERICAN factories. Thats really helpful to the AMERICAN economy. Talking about throwing money overseas, do some homework and see that most Japanese automakers and even some European have major mass production factories in the states. Hell, correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't Ford have some factories in Mexico that produce your beloved F-Series trucks. All in all by buying Foreign cars that are built in America you are helping America just as much as you are helping the foreign companies. I own a Honda Civic, I have no interest in putting money into it, I leave that racing crap to people with the bucks and mouths to do it. I can care less if my car is faster than a Focus or a Mustang.

So keep on buying Ford, maybee you'll helplin keeping some American's jobs. Hell at the same time you'll be giving money to some underpaid Mexicans.

MegaMax your little speach is out of line. Hell you need to work on your basic english. And when did I ever say I "done up" my "HonDuh." Quit assuming and stick to the facts.

The crap that you refer to was based on facts provided by LiuBei. To which, you have not brought anything but your opinion. The fact that he stated that Ford trucks suck is based on evidence from a crash test.

Secondly, he posted this here because 1) that is where the Ford Trucks forum is located. 2) He's stating his opinion based on information that he just read.

The least you could do is come back with some form of concrete facts to debate against his claims. Instead you come on here with cheap shots and assumptions about Honda owners. That was real bright!

But you're still avoiding the issue of the quality of cars which was the whole point of this thread to begin with. When you say the outsourcing money goes, exactly how much of this money actually goes to the economy? Are you able to provide me with figures instead of opinion? And if this money were to go to the American economy, why is it that we are still paying the same amount of money for american cars made in plants outside the US when we know that they are being made cheaper. Surely you can't justify the prices of cars made overseas with cars made within the US. The fact is that, the cars are made cheaper overseas and thus, Automakers charge the same premiums on those cars as if they were made in the US and do not give the consumer the benefits of that little decrease in price.

I don't think anyone has an arguement that can go against the facts that have been stated. You need some rock solid evidence to even make a case. Otherwise the Judge would just through out of the courtroom. Case and point, FORD SUCKS:flipa:

Ill get right on the phone to Ford Motor Company and see how much money goes to the Good Ole U.S of A.. Maybe when I get those stats we can compare it to the amount of money that your Import Companies they put into the US economy..

As for quality.. I love em and wont buy any other manufacturer.. To each his own.. I like to keep money in the US.. Not ship it over seas!
Do what you want to do.

As for Liubei: Ford SUCKS... Care to bring it on the track? Cause your right..

Dont have time to look up the reports online. The majority of crashes are side impact, where Ford ranks near the top in testing. Those vehicles that were rated at the top on frontal impact crashes, ranked near the bottom on side impact crashes.

Im not going to take the time to look this stuff up for everyone to read. If someone wants to look intelligent and trash a manufacturer, they need to get all the information before making a statement off something they saw on the internet.

Well how did you find your info that proves that they are good for side impact rating? Oh, you probably used the internet. That's hypocritical, come now play by own rules. No one has yet to find any info that proves their arguements against my statements. Now MOJO, go out and find some good evidence to support your statement, and follow your rules you set. You cannot use the internet, when you find the propaganda just mail it to me so I can verify.

Is that better? Does that suit your tastes?

Well look at it this way, as far as the IIHS tests, all the vehicles are tested the same way against the same wall, with the same bumper tests. With how mangled the F-150 looked compare to say a 2001 Honda Civic I think I would rather be in a Civic.

BTW, isn't it odd that the NHTSA ratings were soo good but yet they do not show various pictures of the vehicle like IIHS. Kinda makes you wonder. Just like all the proof I've been asking for.

MegaMax

Do Reports and Test Replace Common Sense?
I can not and will not argue that Pic (I would not want to have been the one to Hit that Wall at that speed, in a F-150)

The reports do not replace REALITY. The Reality of the world is we have a lot of SUV's and Trucks on the Road. Last time I saw an Accident on the Highway No WALL was involved. Just a DSM and a Blazer. It was NOT that big of an accident the DSM hit the Blazer from behind and the Hood went up about 7 inches and bent at where I assume the Crunch Zone was. A few 100 in damage to say the least. The Guy in the Blazer had a Tow hitch. That was what the DSM hit. I couldn't tell as I drove by but I don't think the Hitch needed to be replaced...

So you can take that CIVIC and drive it everyday but Odds are when someone Hits ya or you hit someone they will not be driving a WALL. For your safety I hope it's not an F-150 that side swipes you..! Have you lined up where that bumper will hit ya? Just a bit below your windshield...!!! I wonder what reports say about F-150 hitting a Glass window what will the picture of that Poor soul look like!!!

You want Proof..! Drive 100 plus miles a day on the highway everyday! I have not seen A WALL Hit anyone YET

Are you Fucking stupid?

You have gone out of your way to miss every single point I've tried to make. No you will probably not hit a wall, those tests are to show the structural strenght of the vehicle. Not to show what your car would look like if you ran straight into a wall, you fucking idiot. It has been proven that the Ford F-150 has a very weak structure and for example a Honda Civic's is very srong.

I've been asking for proof in that the F-150 has a stong structure and is good in crash tests. There has been no one, NO ONE, to show me anything other than what they read somewhere. No pictures, no nothing. All anyone has given is opinions, and bogus info. Heresay at the most. You can say what you want, bring back whatever, so far there is nothing for your team.

If you are blind tell me

LuiBei, you know, you have a really big mouth. Regarless, you say that our only proof comes from something we have read somewhere. Where did you get your info? Is it not something you have read somewhere? What makes your source so much better than anyone elses? Do you have nothing better to do than to come into the ford forums and run your mouth about anything that rolls off of their assembly line? What are you going to complain about next, the leg room in a Crown Vic? Why do you find it so difficult to understand what Mega is trying to tell you? He has a completely valid point, yet you feel the need to call him a "f*****g idiot"? Man, wake up and smell the coffee. Ford F-150 vs. Honda Civic, hmmmm, lets think about this one. If the civic isn't entirely monster trucked, the driver is going to probably have a blue oval Ford emblem tatooed on their forehead where the F-150 simply drove through it. As far as a Honda having a better crash test rating, who gives a shit. Consider how much lighter the car is, of course its going to test better. Besides, Honda can probably sink some money into making the Civic safer since they obviously don't dump money into creature comforts, performance, big wheels etc. I have rode in plenty of Civics. My fiance drove one up until 2 months ago. She traded it on a 2001 Mustang, thank God. Sure, the gas mileage was nice on road trips, but I felt like I was riding in a go-cart. And in real world experiences when out on the road, chances are if you are going to have an accident, it ain't going to be with a wall, it's going to be with another vehicle. And if there's a chance of that happening, I'd much rather be in something that's got a little ass to it, and that's built Ford tough. One last question...Have you driven a Ford lately?
