How to turn off your seat belt light

There is a wire under the driver's seat going to the release buckle. Simply unplug it with the push of a button and blammo, no more light. My friends always took the bulb out of their cluster, but this seems a little easier to me. I found this out when installing my racing seats over the weekend. Just a little tip of the day...

Or you could just put on the seatbelt, and it'll turn off  but that's only if you're not cool :icon16:

Me too, but some people don't and I thought I'd post this up to help get rid of the annoying light rather than digging in to get the bulb out :dunno:

the reason he is posting this if u havent figured it out is because some people get racing seats and racing harnesses, i ricochet just purchased some and he isnt gonna use the stock seatbelts so he would want to get rid of that light. :naughty:
