Help ! My clutch? help fast plz....

ok i am really messed up right now........... i was trying to race this car...... and i dont know what happend..... now my gear is real hard to put it ... like if i wana go in first... its real hard.... to change gears its hard.... is that my clutch?? please help! how much is it going to cost me?

im pretty sure that its the clutch. The same thing happened to me in my integra...

how much will the part cost? and how much is labor? what is a good clutch to buy........ ( cant go expensive.... prolly less than 400$)

Centerforce and ACT make nice clutches. I cant remember what the labor time is- i'm thinking about 6.0hrs book time. Reality time 2hrs if no problems during the process, also doing it many times is helpful. That doesn't count the time needed for machining of flywheel if not replacing.

Labor @ the Honda dealer I worked for was $92.00, soon to be $95.00 per hour. Our independant shop charges $65.00 per hr
