how many miles on your old engine? IF i were you Id swap the head from
my B18a on it, that way all the wiring works and plus the integra cams are better that the crv cams, unless you got so many miles on the car the cams lobes are flat, either way I am guessing you dont have the hood on your car or havent shut it yet cuz the B20 intake manifold wil not clear the hood, so if you dont swap heads, swap intake manifold(including furl rail/injecotrs/etc. and all the wiring will work. tell me what you think of the engine when you go out and drive it, my B20b has bn sitting in storage for like a year cuz the tranny i got was bad and havent had the time/money to look/pay for another one. you get the b or z? since i dont got it in anything and now dont even have a car for it, im gonna finish it off as a CRVTEC soon and then buy a car to implant it into.

i got a b20b, i was told that there are two different types of intake manifolds so they gave me the one that is smaller but i already have the engine in the car its only now that i am seing that the plug for the dist. isnt the same so i dont know what to do, what about the throttle body is the crv one better or bigger than the one in the b18
im stuck as soon as the car is running i will post and let you know how it feels

well, I know there are two types of B20s, the B and the Z< maybe the z had a smaller manifold, but I didnt know it did, also didnt think they made two different manifolds for the b20 anyways. also have you tried putting in your old distributor? if it doesnt fit, all I can say is the simplest way to do it would be get a new headgasket for anywhere around 50 bucks i think and swap your head onto your B20 block, then everything will wire up like stock. or you can cut/splice wires together, they should be the same colork, but the B20's came in I think OBD2 cars and your OBD0 suystem has a differnt way of determining the crank angle I think. that was ,my big problem of a OBD0 engine inot a OBD1 car, no CAS and fuel cut @ 3400, I actually ended up using the DIST out of my B20 in the ZC in a OBD1 car. so if I can put a B20 dist in a D16, Id hope that the B18A dist would fit into the B20 head.

i am going to use my b18 dist. my b18 intake&exhaust manifold
i did look at the back of the b20 manofold and i did see that it has a p75 stamped on it if that means anything to anyone!
so if my b20b has the block stamped p75-3 and my cams are stamped 75 in. and 75 ex. with a 2layer gasket does this mean i have the 126 hp or the 146hp
oh well thanx

if it is the B20B then you have the 126HP, the z has 9.6:1 vs. 8.8:1 cr, and I think some minor head difference to get 146HP. so you got it all figured out? cant wait to hear what it feels like compared to stock? what did you have done to the B18 before you pulled it?
