suspension for 03' GXE

I'm thinking of getting a tein suspension kit for my 03' GXE. Anyone out there with experience? Good bad indifferent?

Later I want brakes, rims and tires so any info would be appreciate.

My ultimate goal is handling characteristics so I will keep the stock tire OD as close to original as possible.
