Does anyone know if you have you have to make any additional engine mods to install a supercharger on a 2002 xe? I recently purchased the eaton supercharger from a junkyard off of a 02 x s/c and am wondering what i got myself into now to install it? plz help

Probably best if you can get a factory service manual for a 2002 S/C Frontier and see what is all related to it vs a naturally aspirated one. Me myself, I would have just swapped the whole entire engine and related gear.

No point in replacing the entire engine......from the looks of it you should replace/find the:
Intake manifold
throttle body
vacuum hoses
ecu
bypass valve
and I think that's about it.....

Did you ever have any luck with this supercharger conversion?
I have found the big parts needed are obviously the supercharger, intake tube and manifold collector. I'm wondering how many pulleys need changed out. It seems to me the pulleys are wider on the supercharged models. Any insight please let me know.

Installing a supercharger on a Non-Supercharged Xterra is really a bad idea. The differences in the supercharged engine and the non goes all the way down to the vehicles core wiring harness. The two are totally different. Not only will you void any warantee that u might have, ur more than likely gonna burn your engine up or at best cut the life of ur engine in half.
