Idle problem

Little background....I replaced my engine a year ago and I haven't been able to get a decent idle since. I did just recently notice that my injector housings(throttle body injectors), are collecting fuel and then dripping. When the drip falls the engine faulters while trying to compensate for the extra fuel. I replaced the injectors and seals/gaskets but it hasn't changed. Can anyone help?
