the m3 is so cool i love it it is my fav bmw by far (exept for the z3)

How could you prefer the Z3? Surely you mean the M version, right? I got a ride in a Z3M recently. Needless to say, it was quick :D

Ok OK, lets talk about the M3, I think that the M3 with the V8 can go like 180 mph.

If you want a V8 in an M3, Hartage can oblige by putting the V8 from the M5 in. More power :iceslolan but less handling :disappoin

That would be cool. I don't think handling would be too bad. Sure the V8 weighs a bit more but if the suspension is modified to suit it should work out ok.
Some other company (I forget) manages to fit old BMW SOHC V12's in there somehow. Now that's OTT!

They Do have a V8, its called a M5
