Turn signals don't work

I have a 97 LS with 4.3L. My turn signals (right AND left) stopped working. No exterior lights, no interior dash lights. The hazards still work properly, though. I checked the 20 Amp fuse, it's good. The guy at the parts store recommended replacing the BUSS FLASHER. My Chilton's is too vague and I can't seem to find the BUSS FLASHER at all. Any help? Anyone have any other possible suggestions for the turn signal failure? Thanks.
