Need Sunfire Part!

I have a 1995 Sunfire GT with automatic tranny, and I cannot find the trim piece on the center console that show the P-R-N-1-2-3 display. I bought it missing this piece and I have not found a salvage yard in Kansas City that has one. I think that the 96+ models are different, so if anyone has the 95 GT Auto console trim piece, please send me an e-mail at [email protected] .

As far as the sunfire goes, the 1995 through 1999 use all interchangeable parts, if someone tells you that they won't interchange, I probably wouldn't trust them anyways.

Try ebay, they are the way I go first when I need parts for my sunfire.

I thought the same...but after looking at all the consoles at a local domestic junkyard, I learned otherwise...Of about 20 Sunfires, I only found one 95 with that shift trim plate console, and the plate was missing. The console is different where the change tray is...I am considering just trying to put a 96+ console in and being done with the headache...if I could upload a pic, I would send it, but I don't know how...
