upping the boost

I have a few questions about upping the boost on the KA24-E, I want to crank it up to about 15psi. Have the basics like intercooler 3"exhaust turbo timer and shit like that.
Q) I know stronger head gasket, more powerful feul pump, bigger injectors, But what kind of internal work am i looking at?
Q) How much hp am i looking at with 15psi
Q) How much hp do you think it takes to run mid or high 11's, of course with good tires and shit, and a good driver and LSD.

ka24e is not the dohc model i believe so 400hp out of a sohc is lotz of work..
