wuts up with hlj i ordered on friday and they haven't conacted me at all, even the customer service hasn't gotten back to me? anyone help?

its always some holiday or festival there, and depending on what time you placed your order on friday they may not have even gotten started processing it till yesterday (monday)

I haven't heard anything since this last email which was August 20th of 2003. My only guess is that whateve I have on order may not all be in yet and I will be contacted when it is all availible. So, I have no idea how long of a wait it will be.

well my order has only been in for a week or so now (and im not that eager to get the stuff cuz i got final exams soon), but if it takes longer than 2 months, ill just cancel the stuff they cant send me, considering i can get most of the supplies here, although for a much higher price...

login to your order and see whats up. maybe one of the items isnt available, therefore delaying your whole shipment. you can tell them to send you what they have in stock, and keep the rest on the order list...

You might want to read their order processing information. At one time if some of your products were out of stock you had to tell them to send the available items and wait or cancel the rest.
