LS upgrade/slight vibration

Ok guys im new here so please bare with me. Ok i have a slight engine vibration when my car is sitting still or in park. iv changed wires and spark plugs to ngk and have also changed the oil as well. What else do i need to look for to possibly find the source of the problem. Ok also iv been thinking about upgrading my engine and im not sure what to do. i have a 92 integra LS with 136,000 on it, but other than that the car runs fine. iv herd about swapping the engines to gs-r, but iv also herd of LS vtec???? Is the LS vtech some kit, or do i need to do an engine swap for that as well? if so what all do i need to do this? Ok here is the downside to my car. Its an AUTOMATIC!! :-( yeah i know i should chunk it, but i like it and want my car to go faster. Im not looking to race anybody or get a quick jump of the line. I want something faster for my satisfaction and to just cruise around in. Any help would be awesome.

most likely one of your engine mounts is broken. As for the LS VTEC swap, it can be done. Its using your B18A1 block with a B16 or B18C head. The B16 head flows better, so i would use that. If your on a tight budget, that would be the way to go. You can usually pick up heads for about $400 or so...

Where can i pic up a B16 head? So is that all i would need to do the switch to make it a LS vtec? I also have seen rare gsr engines for automatics for sale. their is one on ebay actually. my question where would i find a gsr automatic dash cluster? if that makes any since? 1 more question. Im getting an irratating noise that sounds like its coming for my dash cluster. Picture this sound. its an annoying sound that sounds like i have the turn signals on alsmost as if i have 2 wires touching each other periodically that shouldnt be touching. Any ideas?

just search on ebay for a B16A head. The GSR does NOT come in automatic. The B16 however, does. As for finding a automatic cluster, you might just have to stick with the LS cluster that you have or you can get a JDM Auto cluster, but it reads in KMH. no ideas on the cluster noise tho, sorry. I know what hes talking about for the automatic GSR engine. It said JDM, so I'm guessing they had auto GSRs in Japan, or the guy selling it doesn't know anything. You'd be better off with a hybrid than a GSR engine.
