Hi
Because I am new on modeling I need someone to clarify me on one thing
Studio 27 has some Grade Up Parts.
Are these only extra decals? Or are they more than that?
What is you experience on these? are they good? Do they worth the extra money?

Thanks

Studio 27 offers a wide range of HIGH QUALITY up grade parts from decals & photoetchings to resin cast items. Nice stuff and well worth the extra money (IMO). Skill levels will vary. The photoetched stuff is very delicate and takes a careful hand when folding up things such as wipers and so on.

Here's their site - STUDIO 27 (http://www.studio27.co.jp/)

Studio 27's 'Grade Up' parts can consist of Decals, Photo Etch parts, small metal parts and sometimes resin parts. It depends on the 'Grade Up' set itself. The more parts the more expensive. S27 stuff is all top notch. They have been know to be wrong on some decal variations but for the most part the printing and quality are excellent. They make some 1/12th bike sets that have a ton of parts and will cost more than the kit itslef. Are they worth it? That my friend is in the eye of the beholder, or modeler. They can add detail and realism, but aren't necessarily needed to build a show winner. They do require more skills (well the decals don't but the PE and other pieces do). My recommendation is that if your new build a few kits before adding extra bits and adding to the complexity. Any specific 'Grade Up' parts you had in mind?
