Thats a Focus FR200. Looks like crap, but has a 300+hp engine under the hood. (Not an exaggeration) Motor Trend tested it against a new 'Vette and it actualy beat the 'Vette in some tests.
Like I said, looks like crap, but the engine and handling are definately sorted.

Ford racing has built like 4 of them
sad to say however the silver one is the best looking and fastest of the bunch
the others dont have the special rear treatment but still have the oversized spoiler
perhaps the best part is the state of the art suspension setup it has
also the silver oone cost $200K
however if put into production cost would be about $32K
