Hi,

Just yesterday, I backed into a small pole and and scraped some paint off the left side of the rear bumper. There is no damage, just some patches of missing paint that are very noticeable. Does anyone know roughly how much it would cost to fix/repaint this? Any suggestions on where to take the car? Thanks alot.

You can do some touch up yourself, but it never looks exactly the same color. If you want to get it completely repainted professionaly so it matches, you're looking at up to 500 bucks. As for a location, thats pretty broad. We don't know where you are at and suggesting a place thats a few thousand miles away won't be of much help.

Sorry for the vague inquiry. I live in Plano, Texas in the Dallas Metroplex, but a suggestion of any well-known bodyshop chain would be nice. Is there any specific brand of touchup tools you recommend? Thanks.
