Yes, the rigging to hang the car. I believe there is a kit to build the arm itself. I saw this at the Frankfurt Auto Show :) Or perhaps build the whole tow truck? :confused:

That's how tow trucks here in germany operate. instead of tilting the bed down, they just pick your car up. :evillol: imagine the chaos you could create in a parking lot....
