No Cruise Control, No Horn, and Bad Shift & Speedometer

:screwy: My speedometer keeps bouncing on and off and when it does the van shifts hard or hesitates. Also the cruise control failed along with the horn. They had failed earlier but a AIR BAGS light recall seem to fix them for a while. This suckers going down hard...any ideas from the BrainTank?

There's a recall for this. Has to do with the clockspring in the steering wheel. Check it out.
