Went to my first show today

in over ten years. It was a local show in their 8th season.
I took three kits:
My Porsche 928, 1970 Chevelle 454 SS and my Integra.
I was shocked to see my Porsche take First place in Factory Stock.
The Chevelle placed 2nd in the street machine class.
The Integra recieved their master Award for the Best Interior.
Needless to say I was shocked to have brought home something for each kit I built.
I was also lucky enough to bring home a very cool door prize. The 1/24 Hasegawa Toyota Corolla WRC Tein Sport 98 Rally Champion car. I plan on building this throughout the winter.
I would also like to take the time to thank all of you on this forum. Joining this forum has made me a much better modeler and I thank all of you for it. I know I can only get better. You all make this very fun for me and I hope to continue to build because of this. THANKS AF!
As a side note I had the only "exotic" with the Porsche and the only "tuner" with my integra. I hope to have the WRC kit and my R34 done for next years show.
You can click the link below to see some of the other cars that were at the show. It isn't all of them, but the ones I thought that were very nicely done.
