esprit se windows motor

I am new to the forum so please forgive me is the subject have been covered before.
I am trying to remove the electric motor lifting the windows and I badly need some help on how to do it, so if anyone has done it before can you please give me some idea on how to get the "******" motor out of the door.

I've had my window motors out so many times I can't count... It's fairly easy, just jump into it. The motors by the way are the same as Jaguar xjs. Good luck finding some. Mine is an 89' the Jaguar was a 91.. alot cheaper than new or rebuilding!
