hitch wiring for 95 Explorer

I just aquired a 95 Explorer and want to add a hitch. I've heard that it will need a power module, and other times no power module is needed. Yet I see some kind of plug-in connector that appears to be for the harness.

How can I tell what I need and if it my Explorer came with a towing package? No owners manual either.

Thanks,
Ralph

For everyone else out there, it was easy to find the wiring tucked behind the spare inside the bumper. However, I still need to get it checked out since the plug that will connect to the trailer is exposed.

To relieve my bumper hitch of it's duties, I bought a square-hitch for my '95 EB Explor, had it shipped to my office. Saved $100 installing it myself, pretty easy. Make sure your bumper didn't get pushed a little from bad parking or whatever. As I found out, my bumper looked a little off-center and sure enough it was just a little difficult to slip on. After I got it bolted to the chassis, I tracked down a torque wrench to tighten the bolts just right and I was done.
