Turbo Timer & Alarm Problems

I have a flashpoint V3 alarm, and just a crappy Autobarn Turbo Timer, but when I turn on the alarm (while the TT is running the engine) it sets off the alarm. They have already bypassed it somehow so it shouldn't set the alarm off, and if i leave it maybe 30-40 secs before turing the alarm on sometimes it doesnt go off. Has any one had similar problems, and a solution, as its really starting to annoy me.

ditch that stuff and get a cliford concept series alarm, in built turbo timer
